Joseph Potashnik, Esq, is the founding partner of our firm. He earned his law degree at The Ohio State University. Mr. Potashnik is a skilled trial attorney who has represented numerous clients in New York and New Jersey. Before founding this firm, Mr. Potashnik was associated with a prominent New York boutique litigation firm that handled federal and state civil and criminal litigation, including taxation matters, personal injury, and business litigation. Mr. Potashnik then practiced as a successful solo practitioner in New York City before expanding his practice and founding Joseph Potashnik and Associates, PLLC.Mr. Potashnik is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey state courts, United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the following bar organizations:

Dina Ehrenburg, Esq. is an associate at our firm. Ms. Ehrenburg graduated from Yale University in just three years and has earned her law degree from Fordham Law School where she served as the Executive Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. Before joining our firm, Ms. Ehrenburg was associated with several prominent New York City litigation firms where she gained valuable experience in litigating state and federal criminal and civil cases as well as in administrative hearings, and appeals. Ms. Ehrenburg is admitted in New York and New Jersey state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court for the District of New Jersey.
Albert Gurevich, Esq. is counsel to the firm of Joseph Potashnik & Associates and focuses on representing seriously injured victims of complex tort matters. Albert is admitted to New York's State Courts and to the Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Gurevich began practicing law directly upon earning his law degree and has gain considerable experience in civil and personal injury litigation.
